Lake Powell Motel

Great location, very roomy, a little bit noisy. BBQ place across the street has live music and the walls are thin. Well appointed with full kitchen, washer/dryer, big TV with all the streaming services. Was great for our family of 4. Would stay here again.

Loved the hotel. Updated rooms and fairly quiet (music from the BBQ place can be annoying). We let them know upon check-in that we might shorten our stay from 4 to 3 nights. Regardless, we didn't get a refund. No one is ever at the desk. For example. You have to wait until 3 to check in, but the lights are off in the office. Wait for someone to drive over to get the key to your room. No staff on site.

The place is a perfect recharge point for a family of 4 on a roadtrip!! Our unit had 2 rooms both with queen beds and closets and comfy cozy bed linen, 1 bath, a kitchen, a living area with comfy couches. A washer dryer! Eveything super clean, with plenty of towels.Outdoor seating and grills you can use. There an awesome bbq place with a smoker 30 ft from here. And amazing home style thai food at the food truck up front. Family run, very pleasant folks. Highly recommended!!

We spent the day at the grand canyan and then drove to this moe tell so we can go to a erly antalope canyan toor. I gotta say at ferst I thotht this moe tell was a compleat dump. It looks just so yuckey on the out side. When we went in side I was a mazad. It was so up datad and looks good. There furnacher is new and good and sose the tabal and the bed rooms look good to. Thers a kichan too cook are own food and frigidater. Theres 2 bed rooms and 3 of us on the trip so mammaw and mama had to share a room. I was a big boy so I got my own room. I was happy we got to stop at a wall mart on the way so I got food. We got a packaj of ham and I slept wif it in the back of my pants all nite bc I didnt want mammaw to wake up and get it becase she luvs ham and I didnt want her to eat it in samiches. Becase I was sleepang by my salf I can have ham in my pants. The showar was big and new to but I didnt use the showar becase mammaw wood find the ham if I was nakeys for the showar so I skipt it. No boday notased I didnt showar. We woke up erly and mammaw wantad ham for brekfist and she was lookang all ovar for it and ast me if I ate the ham and I sad I didnt and I wasnt lion and it was just in my pants. She thogt she left it at wall mart. Then she wantad some of my pop tarts and I sad no she cant have my pop tarts and she sad whats she sposta have and I sad she can have tost.This moe tell is a moe tell you shodnt juge a book by its covar. It was a oog on the out side and good on the in side. Dont let your mammaw have your pop tarts and dont let your mammaw eat ham.

I would have given 5 stars as the place was clean and quiet - I would definitely stay here again. My only negative comment is that when I checked in, the room wasn’t cooling and was quite stuffy. I immediately knew to check the aircon filters as I have previous experience with this type of cooling unit and it was super dirty (see pics). Since it was so late when I checked in I just cleaned them myself in the shower stall. I only post this for accountability purposes for the staff. These filters should be cleaned at least once a month.

Nice comfortable stay for 4 in two bedroom apartment. It's equipped with washer, dryer, kitchen, microwave. Clean. At first upon entering we felt a little concerned about the fact that it does not have any gated entrance. But overall the town is safe and the area is upkept.

Very comfortable and clean 2 bedroom apartment with additional sofa bed. All you might need/want is available. In the evening it is great to sit outdoors. The location to all Page has to offer is great. We had a small issue with the sofa bed, which was fixed very quickly. Great service. Would I stay here again? …… YES!

Stayed two nights here about a week ago. The place was great. Clean and homey. It is conveniently located and had all the proper amenities. We used it as a base for trips to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Just as an added bonus, there's a really good Thai Food Truck parked out front.
